Initial Consultation: An initial consultation to discuss goals, assess fitness levels, and develop a customised plan. 2. Fitness Assessment: A thorough assessment of your current fitness level, including strength, flexibility, cardiovascular health, and body composition. 3. Goal Setting: Setting realistic, measurable, and time-bound goals to provide direction and motivation. 4. Program Development: Creation of a personalised workout plan tailored to your goals, preferences, and schedule. 5. Regular Sessions: Consistent training sessions to build and maintain progress, with periodic reassessments and adjustments to the program as needed.
